Comprendre un mod\u00e8le ou interpr\u00e9ter une recommandation automatis\u00e9e repose d\u2019abord sur <\/span><b>une connaissance fine des processus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et des contraintes op\u00e9rationnelles.
