The Klara adventure began when its founders, Romain and Nazim, met in a shared professional environment. They quickly identified a universal challenge: the lack of recognition for the experience lived by employees within organisations.
The Launch: 2020
Under the name Mooveo, the company established itself at Pépinière 27 to design and commercialise an innovative employee development solution, laying the foundations for a major transformation.
Gaining Altitude: 2021
After two years of activity, Klara levelled up by joining Station F, the world's largest startup incubator. That same year, the company raised €1.2 million with Side Capital and adopted its new name to reflect its vision.
Acceleration: 2022
This rebranding marked a decisive turning point. Klara doubled its headcount in less than a year, with a mission to revolutionise the employee experience through digitalisation, while remaining agile in the face of rapid market change.
Full Speed: 2023
Klara works alongside major names including Carrefour, Safran, CDC, BPRi, and Arkema — not just as clients, but as enthusiastic ambassadors of the solution. This year marked a crucial milestone with a second funding round of €4.5 million, propelling Klara's development even further.
